Software company Citrix found in a survey that today’s employee uses an average of three mobile devices to access work files. Tablets are projected to pass PCs in unit sales in 2015, further emphasizing employees’ preference for mobile devices. Sixty-five percent of employees now work in multiple locations with the same, if not optimized results than when working from a single workspace. Mobile workspaces give employees more freedom on when and how they work, the comfort thus leaving to an increase in productivity. A mobile workspace has also increased connectivity, leading to more work collaborations and engagement.
