ON Semiconductor Philippines Inc. (OSPI), located in Carmona Cavite and home to an engaged workforce of 4,547, is one of the three sites ON Semiconductor operates in the Philippines. OSPI adheres to all of the above statements and has successfully focused on corporate social responsibility with the additional guidance of the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), formerly the Electronics Industry Citizenship Coalition or EICC. The RBA code of conduct standards pertaining to labor, environment, health and safety, ethics and management systems has been integrated into ON Semiconductor operations. In 2014 OSPI was the first ever site to achieve a perfect score of 200/200 from the RBA in 2017, the site received a 193.6/200, earning it gold status. This recognition is a true testament that all standards of compliance, ethics, environment, health, safety and labor laws are properly and consistently being implemented throughout the site.
OSPI Carmona is a strong advocate of The Semiconductor and Electronics Industries of the Philippines Inc. (SEIPI), a large organization with 335 member-companies. As part of this network members are continuously being benchmarked by peer companies not only within the region and country but also by other ON Semiconductor sites worldwide.

Out of 3,284 companies all over the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), OSPI has been recognized as a hall of fame awardee for being an outstanding employer for four consecutive years (2014 – 2017). In order for a company to reach hall of fame status, the nominee should be able to earn three years of recognition in the category of employer of the year. Four major criteria which OSPI has successfully met include, employment generation and facilitation, outstanding employee relations program, outstanding record in enhancement of employee welfare and good corporate citizen.
Lastly, earlier this year ON Semiconductor was named one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies for the fourth consecutive year.
