Following our country labor regulation, we apply working hours for our employee from 8 am until 5 pm, 5 (five) days in a week from Monday to Friday. Special for manufacturing employee, PT Conwood Indonesia applies working uniform (“company polo shirt”), while in Head Office uniform is only applicable on Monday. By applying this kind of working outfit, our uniform may give positive company identity and serve as promotional media for company. Furthermore, as a company that pays attention to OHSAS (occupational health and safety) aspects, it is compulsory for every employee who works in the factory area to always use personal protective equipment when working. For each employee who doesn’t comply to this regulation will get sanctions from company.
