EY supports the career development of our people (you). We provide learning maps to people and host more than 290 training courses each year, including face-to-face, online and external courses. Our people have the opportunity to discuss career plans with their counselors.
Internal transfer programs are offered for colleagues to develop their careers in new directions. We also provide exchange programs such as Global Exchange Program, China Exchange Program and Global New Horizons to expand career opportunities for our people.
DIVERSITY AND INCLUSIVITY
EY supports a range of special interest groups including Working Parents Network (WPN), Professional Women Network (PWN), Cross Generation Network (CGN) and UNITY, which provide more than 20 related lectures and activities every year.
To hear people’s voices, EY established People Advisory Forum, Counseling Family Gatherings and Townhall Meetings that provide channels for our colleagues to communicate directly with management. We also conduct a global people survey every year, which serves as a reference to improve future planning and make EY the best workplace.
FOCUS ON WORK AND LIFE BALANCE
