With the vision of “Where there are people there is Lee Kum Kee” and the mission of “Promoting Chinese Culinary Culture Worldwide”, Lee Kum Kee provides over 200 choices of sauces and condiments to over 100 countries and regions worldwide.

Our six core values – “Pragmatism”, “Integrity”, “Constant Entrepreneurship”, “Si Li Ji Ren” (Considering Others’ Interests), “Benefitting the Community” and “Sharing Fruits of Success” – laid a solid foundation for sustainable business operation. Substantiating these core values, Lee Kum Kee continues to grow together with all of our stakeholders including employees, business partners, customers and consumers.

“Quality Never Compromised” is the cornerstone of Lee Kum Kee’s success. Lee Kum Kee is adamant about the quality management philosophy of “100- 1=0”, which tolerates no error throughout the whole manufacturing process. To ensure product quality and safety, Lee Kum Kee stringently applies its quality management philosophy to every detail – from the procurement of raw materials, research and development, production, logistics, to sales and marketing. Our production bases have been certified by external recognised bodies to a wide variety of standards for enhancement in food safety and quality, environmental management as well as dietary preference of consumers.

As the preferred sauce of Michelin-starred chefs and home cooks around the globe, only the very best of the best ingredients are accepted. We believe that “Taste is in the Details” because the finer details – a simple, flavourful sauce could be the secret behind any delightful meal. At Lee Kum Kee, we never compromise on quality from farm to fork in order to bring out the best in cooking, and help our consumer to serve up a sumptuous meal every time.
