A new survey by the non-profit Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI) and research firm Align Group aims to find out what workplace happiness means for employees in Singapore and how well organisations are scoring. Workplace happiness goes beyond salary and benefits, but organisations often focus on the bottom-line, and neglect their employees’ personal wellbeing, said SHRI Vice-President Goh Jin Hian. From April to July, anyone can take the survey on their website; full results are expected in September.
