Standard Chartered Malaysia has launched the Wealth Academy in partnership with INSEAD, a leading graduate business school, in a multi-year client engagement and wealth management global education programme for the Bank’s Relationship Managers and Wealth Specialists. The launch follows successful launches in Hong Kong and Singapore.
The Bank’s relationship teams will undergo an upskilling programme to nurture them to become future-ready advisors, providing timely, personalised, and high-quality wealth advice to clients. The full programme comprises a three-part journey – Diploma, Graduation and Masters – that is structured and yet offers flexibility to allow for the development of individual preferences and goals. The programme will provide a strong foundational appreciation for finance and banking as well as distinctive expert knowledge and skills. Other components offered by the Academy will include wealth engagement modules curated and delivered by Fitch Learning, and a prestigious on-campus programme for top learners at INSEAD’s headquarters in Fontainebleau, France, or San Francisco hub. The modules offered in the Masters journey are similar to the Graduation programme, which include specialised programmes and electives such as sustainable investing and multi-generational wealth transfer, in partnership with the industry’s leading global educational and professional institutions.
