To cultivate a resilient Malaysia talent pool geared for the future, Talent Corporation Malaysia Berhad has introduced the mynext Graduate Employability Grant, an innovative and data-driven initiative for Malaysian public higher learning institutions.
The mynext Graduate Employability Grant by TalentCorp is a three year initiative, and provides active IPTAs (Institusi Pengajian Tinggi Awam) with a maximum of RM100,000 Graduate Employability seed fund per institution. This funding will be made available to institutions that meet the collaboration model’s requirements for maximum impact to their students.
Thomas Mathew, TalentCorp Group CEO said that a key aim of the grant is to encourage students to make full use of the TalentCorp’s mynext platform, which provides psychometric assessments, internship opportunities, and a lifelong learning tool for their personal and professional development. “TalentCorp’s mynext Graduate Employability Grant represents a pivotal milestone in Malaysia’s endeavour to cultivate a skilled and adaptable workforce. It also serves as our contribution to institutions with commendable plans for conducting activities but limited resources to execute them,” he stated.
