Aon, a leading global professional services firm providing a broad range of risk, retirement, and health solutions, has named fourteen organisations as Best Employers Thailand 2017.
While the overall engagement level in the country has risen since 2016, Aon Best Employers continue to lead the way with 88 percent engagement score compared to the market average of just 66 percent. Furthermore, 86 percent of employees at Best Employer organisations would recommend their company to someone seeking work, compared to 56 percent market average.
At the same time, CEOs name Product/Service Innovation and Customer Service as most important to long-term business performance but cite Critical Skills Shortage and the Inability to Attract Talent as their top challenges. Inadequate Leadership Pipeline remains the top concern for CEOs as organisations set their targets for Thailand 4.0.

McDonald’s APAC was also named Regional Best Employer for Asia Pacific. Marriott Vacation Club Thailand; Marriott International, Thailand; and InterContinental Hotels Group, Thailand were named Best Employer Thailand 2017 through the Global programme.
