The “Best Companies to Work for in Asia®” is awarded by HR Asia, a leading human resources publication in Asia, and is an authoritative award in the field of human resource management with a comprehensive judging criteria.
The awards are evaluated by an independent judging panel composed of industry experts, academics, journalists, and government representatives. It uses the Total Engagement Assessment Model™ (TEAM) report as the scoring benchmark to conduct an in-depth analysis of anonymous employee responses covering a range of areas including the inclusiveness of the workplace environment, the company’s management philosophy, corporate culture, and employee participation among other indicators. Since 2013, TEAM research has collected two million questionnaires from major Asian countries, making it one of the largest employee engagement surveys in Asia.
