VXI Global Solutions, a leader in customer experience management and business transformation services, recently announced the inauguration of its newest delivery centre in International Tech Park, Madhapur – Hyderabad, India.
The ceremony was led by the Guest of Honor, Kalvakuntla Taraka Rama Rao, Telangana’s minister for municipal administration and urban development, industries, and commerce.
In his speech, Minister KT Rama Rao praised Hyderabad as a city brimming with talent and recognised its ability to contribute meaningfully to the company’s continued growth trajectory.
Moreover, he reaffirmed the Telangana government’s commitment to supporting the organisation in driving economic and community impact in the region.
The inauguration marks VXI’s debut in India, with plans to generate over 10,000 jobs by 2028. This strategic move underscores the company’s commitment to delivering high-quality, cost-effective support from the world’s premier business process outsourcing destinations.

The new contact centre, strategically located in the heart of Hyderabad, is fully equipped with the latest technology, offering over 120,000 sq. ft. of office space and a floor plan that will accommodate over 1,000 employees by the end of 2023.
