TDCX, a global leader in BPO has beefed up its HR team with two HR veterans.
Tee Siew Lee, formerly head of HR at Ceva Logistics has joined the company as HR director for Malaysia. A 25-years industry veteran, Siew Lee has been instrumental in designing and implementing industry-leading employee engagement and employer branding programs in industries ranging from retail and entertainment to logistics and consumer goods.
A strong advocate and thought leader in creating award-winning workplaces, Siew Lee was instrumental in winning her previous companies the HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia.
Part of her core responsibilities will include empowering and cultivating talent within the TDCX sphere. In an exclusive interview with HR Asia, Siew Lee says her priorities would be to empower and cultivate talents within the company’s environment. She envisioned positioning TDCX as a place for individuals to evolve in their careers and abilities by redefining ways for hiring, developing, retaining and engagement within the organization, while supporting and growing the business.
At the same time, Sudeep Patnaik joined TDCX as HR director for India and group director for talent acquisition from Deloitte where he was Associate Vice President – Talent Acquisition.
As the new HR Head, Patnaik will be responsible for laying the groundwork and executing the HR strategy for TDCX’s new site in Hyderabad, India, while growing the business within the region. At the Group level, he will also have the task of establishing the TA strategy, programmes, and innovation for the organization.
Both Tee and Patnaik will report to Lim Chee Gay, group chief human resources officer, TDCX.
