KUALA LUMPUR: The National Tech Association of Malaysia (PIKOM) will be holding its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) this Thursday, 25 October 2021, and HR Asia has learnt that Korn Ferry Malaysia Managing Director and Senior Client Partner (Executive Search) Anthony Raja Devadoss has been nominated to assume the treasurer position to support incoming Chairman Dr Sean Seah.
This development is set to be a coup for PIKOM as Anthony has been an active councillor with more than 15 years of selfless contribution to the growth of Malaysia’s digital technology and business services industry. When contacted, Anthony thanked us for reaching out, but respectfully declined to comment at this stage.
Separately, an influential industry source told HR Asia that Anthony would bring financial acumen, transparency, governance, professional expertise and confidence towards creating a stronger PIKOM as the ‘Nation’s Voice of the Tech Industry’ for Malaysia, ASEAN and globally.
“Anthony has a proven track record in having partnered and build Outsourcing Malaysia’s Global Business Services Chapter and the PIKOM Academy Chapters. By nature, Anthony is passionate about inclusivity and growth of all technology ecosystem corporates, start-ups, SMEs, enablers, providers, agencies and government,” he said.

His areas of expertise include Digital Technologies, Financial, Healthcare and Business/Professional Services & Telecommunications. As a result, Anthony has depth of experience in managing board and leadership search assignments, end-to-end talent acquisition, talent development and transition projects across Asia Pacific, EMEA and Americas.

PIKOM is the association representing the information and communications technology (ICT) industry in Malaysia. Its membership currently stands at over 1,400 comprising companies involved in a whole spectrum of ICT products and services which commands 80 per cent of the total ICT trade in Malaysia.
