It is said that people are the lifeblood of a company. This is especially true today, when state-of-the-art technology, innovation, and dynamic individuals are becoming increasingly vital to the robust growth of organisations in a digital age.
In order to attract, nurture, and retain a new breed of innovators in the workforce, organisations must first recognise the investment into those we entrust to source and identify this dynamic new generation of employees.
Organised by a team of 4 forward-thinking squad of disruptors currently led by Joachim Ooi (Talent & Culture Manager, Photobook Worldwide), Sarah Wong (Community Associate & Impact Lead, WeWork), Lim Huei Ying (VP, Digital Benefits, Health Solutions, Aon Malaysia), and Daniel Lim (Graduate Program Manager – APAC, Oracle) . DisruptHR is an exciting forum that promotes information exchange designed to energise, inform, and empower HR leaders, business professionals and community leaders who are interested in disruptive ideas to stay competitive in a rapidly evolving market. It also focuses on moving our collective thinking forward when it comes to talent in the workplace.
The event also invites HR professionals, CEOs, technologists and community leaders who have something to say about the changing nature of talent, culture or tech at the workplace to speak at the event and share their knowledge as well as experience with peers and the next generation of leaders.
In line with the rapid and energetic pace of our modern business environment, the event is designed to allow each speaker just 5 minutes to say their piece, with 20 slides being automatically rotated every 15 seconds. Currently, DisruptHR already has 10 confirmed speakers for the event.
Among the key speakers are: Thriving Talents’ Founding CEO Michael Teoh; HC Consultants Group’s Chief Strategist Sunil Hasmukharay; Standard Chartered Bank’s Head of Human Resources GBS Meena Anand; Ezyspark’s CEO Francesco Argento; Kindler Employee Experience Project’s Chief Experience Officer Cilia Rasasegram; GrowthX Malaysia’s Lead Instructor Dr. Tom Tan, Shell Malaysia’s Country HR Manager Shazmi Ali; Mars Talent Acquisition Manager Jun Lan, HSBC Malaysia’s Country Head of HR Norlida Azmi; and PETRONAS Corporate Programme Talent Director Zahira Sughra.
