G-Able, one of Thailand’s leading IT and digital solutions providers, is leveraging Workday to transform its HR processes and attract and retain talent. The deployment of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), which began in April 2024, is expected to benefit 1,500 employees across G-Able’s operations in Thailand.

Since G-Able’s listing on the Stock Exchange in Thailand in mid-2023, the technology company has sought an HR solution that could scale and fit the needs of its growing operations. With the deployment of Workday HCM, G-Able has been able to centralise multiple HR functions on a single platform that can be accessed from anywhere in the world.

This comes at an opportune moment for the company to manage its scalability as it looks to expand its operations in the future. Additionally, Workday Skills Cloud and Workday Time Tracking help G-Able streamline its operations by effectively managing its employees’ time and skillsets, which helps optimise resource allocation and enhance productivity across the organisation.

“Our collaboration with Workday significantly enhances our operational efficiencies and strengthens our potential for future growth,” said Chaiyuth Chunnahacha, CEO of G-Able.

“Additionally, the partnership further enhances G-Able’s comprehensive IT solution services, providing stronger and more holistic offerings. This collaboration also increases opportunities for expanding our customer base,” he said.

G-Able is also a Workday partner that offers consistent Workday support, advisory, and business solutions to organisations in Thailand.
