TDCX has appointed Elvira Moey as the company’s Senior Group HRBP Director. She assumed her new position on 1 November 2022 and reports to Lim Chee Gay, the Group Chief Human Resources Officer with the mandate to handle Group HRBP Support, HRBP Strategy, and creating conditions that attract and retain talents.
In a HR career that spans more than 12 years, Elvira has managed various aspects in the business including Organizational Culture, Performance Management, and now HR Business Partner.
She started at the corporate side with IBM, then headed to Toshiba Medical Systems Asia before she left as HR Manager to be Head of People & Culture at Carsome. She then moved on another tech company, 11street. Before her latest appointment at TDCX, Elvira was at TikTok as regional HRBP leader in Malaysia and Singapore. She now leads a team of 35 for HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition matters.
Elvira is an active person and spends her time practicing endurance and strength training.
