ATEN implements systematic and well-planned training courses for colleagues at different stages of development. We offer a three-month training program supported by dedicated mentors for new hired. We design professional product training courses (ATEN Certified Specialist) for professionals, as well as diverse workshops such as legal and cybersecurity seminars for staffs. In a competitive environment, ATEN believes that “innovation” is the key to success. ATEN offers a variety of leaves and leisure activities to enhance employee’s happiness. Paid volunteer leave, birthday leave, and numerous leisure options are available. ATEN understands the interconnectedness of employee performance and family. ATEN provide support to employees' families through initiatives such as maternity and paternity leave exceeding legal requirements, a NTD 120,000 childbirth subsidy, artificial reproduction subsidy, and childcare allowances. ATEN encourages employees to engage in charitable events, foster team cohesion and contributing to the greater good of society. Our diverse charitable events includes beach clean-ups for environmental conservation, volunteer services for the elderly, and donations to marginalized groups and as well as others activities.

ATEN recognizes that employee's physical and mental health has a significant impact on their job performance. Concerning physical health, we provide nutritional balanced employee meals, health insurance plan, on-site medical consultations, employee health examinations and weight loss challenges. In terms of mental health, we offer Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) to help employees put their minds at ease with counseling services during stressful situations.
