“Fit for the Future” is our people development program to upskill our people ready for coming changes and future demand. We organized people engagement through internal hackathons called “Customer Passion Idea Challenge”, and “Online + Offline Idea Challenge” and pitching idea competition. Lots of idea from our people who are in the business is important for business improvement to ensure that we provide worldclass service to our customer.
