Powered by CIMB Digital and Data Academy, we partnered with Microsoft Learn to offer a self-paced learning solution to enable our talents to take charge of their own career through the campaign “ Learn without Limit ”. Customer centricity also blended in with “Gametize” a series of customer experience (CX) modules in the gamified format on the mobile to foster CIMB Service Standards and Code of Conducts to employees at all levels.

To create a workplace where employees can thrive in the digital age, CIMB Thai actively enhances employee experience via digitalization. We encompass the employee’s touchpoints with digital technologies , by utilizing software applications and tools to HR systems. We equip employees to use digital tools effectively in onboarding sessions and enhance new joiner journeys with auto-reminders from HCM Cloud system to act like digital buddy to support new joiners during their probation period. We empower our employees with a self-service system, namely “Y.O.D.A” (Your Own Digital Assistant). The employee can manage their personal matters on web and mobile i.e., employee absence, overtime claims, health claims, expense claims, performance management, employee document requests, provident fund, tax relief, e-payslip, etc.

Improving process efficiency is crucial for organizations to streamline operations, reduce administrative burdens, and create a more productive and employee-friendly work environment . We encourage staff to strive for the best by improving the internal processes; “ Pang Verr ”, the competition of innovation project that engages employee to solve their key paint points by utilizing their expertise with the concepts of process improvement, digital automation, and cost optimization.

Efficiency in HR processes not only reduces manual work but also contributes to a better employee experience, as HR can focus more on strategic initiatives. Additionally, it can lead to cost optimization. We implement RPA (Robotic Process Automation) to handle routine and time-consuming HR tasks and employee data entry, which significantly reduces manual effort and human errors. As well as utilize data analytics tools to gain insights into HR metrics, i.e., attrition, staff movement, and people cost.

Change management plays a pivotal role in the success of any transformation journey. We leverage “CONNEX” – an internal communication application , to foster collaboration, improve productivity, and enhance internal communication within the workplace. Additionally, we utilize AI-powered software and machine learning to implement an HR Chatbot that respond to queries & requests from the employees with instant responses 24/7. These all contribute to a positive employee experience in view of quick and convenient access with limited operational costs.
