Enhancing our global HR management, we adopted top-tier solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors. However, after over five years of implementation, we realized that not all aspects align seamlessly with our organizational needs. Hence, fostering customizing our innovation and fine-tuned our system to align with our 'Human Capital Vision, Mission & Strategic Goals for 2025.' Accordingly, we have introduced the 'Beverest Platform,' which facilitates comprehensive HR operations. This platform is integrated with our employee service center and features an innovative virtual reality space for interactive development.

The Beverest platform includes:
  • BeverestLife: A mobile application accessible to all employees, providing them with convenient access to our internal systems, services, and various privileges from anywhere, at any time.
  • BeverestPortal: A web application that integrates quick-access applications for employees to connect to internal systems using their tablets and personal computers.

ThaiBev's dedication to navigating the digital trends is fortified by our unique approach in combining in-house capabilities and strategic partnerships with industry leaders. By harnessing our internal expertise, fostering in-house teams and collaborating with top players, we forge a significant force in the digital landscape. This synergy enables us to leverage the best of both worlds: tapping into our own innovation and platforms while benefiting from the insights and advancements of renowned partners. The Beverest Platform's integration with a strong Employee Service Center ensured an increase in employee productivity and efficiency. Meanwhile, BeverestLife's GPS tracking enabled us to keep a close watch on whenever employees were in dangerous circumstances. If there were any problems, we provided follow-ups right away. As a result, employee engagement dramatically rose and reached 85%.

As we built our own platform instead of relying on external platforms. This gives us the freedom to quickly and easily respond to organizational changes by customizing and modifying processes and systems to fit our company. In addition, discontinuing the usage of some subscription-based platforms has saved more costs. Thus, we plan to completely discontinue these subscriptions by the year 2025. The well-organized and reliable system design resulting in a large upside potential for easier business mergers or expansion into new countries.

As a result, employee feedback has been overwhelmingly positive since the Beverest Platform is introduced. All employee now able to access information and benefits completely due to our ability to onboard from across the country onto the platform. We have noticed a considerable rise in staff engagement and ongoing activity after analyzing the usage data of both BeverestLife and BeverestPortal. According to the statistics, we were successful in unifying all of the personnel from different groups on a single digital platform. We can communicate with employees more successfully, and they can readily utilize our services as well. On the Beverest Platform, the Employee Journey makes this continual progress clear.

Moreover, after the launch, our Employee Service Center team delivers support, takes comments, handles human resources-related problems, and provides all employees with instructions, assistance, and answers. This helps us communicate with employees over a long length of time and in a variety of circumstances. A significant amount of engagement occurs as a result of our continuous enhancement of systems and processes utilizing every piece of feedback we receive.

ThaiBev has used digital technologies to automate and streamline its operations, leading to cost savings and improved efficiency.
