Within a short 5-year period, CUCKOO Malaysia has sold countless water purifiers and air purifiers to Malaysians through a revolutionary rental plan, CUCKOO GOOOD PLAN. Currently, the number of customers garnered is over 720,000 which is equivalent to over 2.8 million household users.

In order to commend outstanding employees on their outstanding performances, CUCKOO would reward employees, often at our annual dinners where titles such as ‘Best Employee Award’ and ‘Most Helpful Employee Award’ are given to employees who excel in their positions. CUCKOO’s best employees would also have the chance to enjoy travel opportunities where they are invited to join company trips or sales incentive trips. To date, CUCKOO has successfully held company trips to Thailand, Vietnam, Korea, Dubai and multiple European countries.

We would often book several cinema halls for a ‘Movie Night Out’ for employees to enjoy newly released movies together or sometimes we would book Escape Rooms where employees can enjoy their time together. Besides that, we would frequently conduct buffets, lunch or dinner outings for birthday celebrations, festive seasons and other celebrations which are catered at the office or at a favourite group-friendly restaurant.
