Iron Mountain Hong Kong started in 2008. We acquired Recall Corporation in 2016 and Santa Fe Records Management in 2017 respectively. We provide services to over 1,500 customers in industries including financial services, healthcare and public sector.

Employee Engagement
For promoting one team concept and a good place to work, Joyful club is set up for organizing company events such as BBQ, annual dinner, Christmas party, birthday party, meal gathering etc. In order to encourage team engagement, except for team building workshops, activity boards have been set in each Department and facility for sharing fun and information such as team slogans, team values, photos, new ideas, newsletters, celebration messages about important moments.

Two-Way Communication
Communication is our life blood. Everyone has a voice as “I’M Listening Survey” is conducted yearly. Employee Town Hall and Meet the GM programs are launched to promote speak up culture and share business goals and performance. Besides, the Ethics Line operated by an independent company lets our employees raise their concerns 24 hours a day, 365 days a year confidentially and anonymously.

Career Development
Annually, we carry out “career conversation” with employees for supporting them in reaching their full potential and online/on-job trainings, education sponsorship are launched for strengthening their capabilities. We also care about the future of our employees’ children. John Jamison Iron Mountain Education Fund is created to help the children of our employee to have access to higher education through scholarship opportunities.

Employee Recognition
The Plays to Win Awards, previously known as Shining Star are awarded to honor employees world-wide for their exceptional achievements in driving our culture and business forward in a significant way. Each year Chairman’s Club celebrates top-performing employees in overseas. Locally, special awards, Long Service Awards and Employee Referral Rewards are presented to thank you for our employees.

Safety and Health
We place the highest priority on occupational health and safety. It is our core value and policy to conduct our business in a manner that protects the safety of employees, others involved in its operations, customers, and the public. We are dedicated to a “Zero Accident” goal across all operations. Global Safety Risk & Security System and Safety Committee are in place. Moreover, top management and family members participate in our Global safety campaigns, safety video, too. In addition, we provide our employees with annual health check-up, medical, life insurance, dental scheme, and calamities leave etc. The Richard Reese Employee Relief Fund is established to help our employees and their families during times of tragedy. Apart from these, we are rewarded the “Good MPF Employer Award,” given by the MPFA for providing greater retirement benefits and services to employees.
Contribute to Our Community
Iron Mountain’s 24,000 employees are actively engaged in our global community. In Hong Kong, we offer volunteerism to make our neighborhoods a better place to work and live. For example, participated in Mooncake Making activity with the elderly, Project School Works, Save the Children, HK etc.
