Health talks have been organized to foster a better understanding of the importance of having a healthy body and a healthy mind. We know our hardworking staff deserve to have good fun, so we regularly host engaging activities such as “Hang Lung’s Got Talent”, themed food festivals, Women’s Day workshops on cooking, coffee brewing and flower arrangement, as well as Family Day events.

“Sailing Plan” is our comprehensive training system that enables employees to grow professionally and personally, and make advances together with the company to achieve their ambitions and career goals. The Sailing Plan offers three programs to target the different needs of different employees namely Smart 66, Talent 66 and Elite 66, while all external training is grouped under the Shining Moment Program to ensure effectiveness.

Smart 66: Designed for junior staff, the program covers a review of local laws and real-life cases, customer service skills, an overview of the daily operations of the mall, and general skills improvement modules. Through Smart 66, employees can acquire the skills necessary for their role and at the same time gain a thorough understanding of the company’s operations.

Talent 66: This six-month training program covers nine modules on different themes tailored to staff at intermediate levels. The program starts with “Lego Serious Play” which affords employees a better understanding of their temperament and competencies, unlocks their potential, and prepares them for the upcoming tasks, the “DISC behavioral assessment” and “behavior interview skills”. The program then proceeds with a focus on management skills across different fields with a view to enhancing capabilities in time management, control of emotions, communication, and team dynamics.

Elite 66: Management and leadership training is held continuously for senior staff and includes modules such as “Six Practical Skills for Leadership”, and “Essential Courses for Managers” among others, to encourage and support our senior employees to continue their journey of enrichment with a growth mindset while improving their competencies in managing their teams.

Shining Moment: Senior staff will put the knowledge acquired from “Essential Courses for Managers” into practice at work, as they apply “win-win agreements” in cross-departmental collaboration and manage their teams’ goals, expectations, resources, responsibilities, and results. Shining Moment combines theories and practical experience to deliver excellent training results.

At Riverside 66, our comprehensive training programs cater to staff in all roles and across all ranks to ensure our people can grow and shine together with the company.

We also strive to give back to society through charitable community activities. This year, the Hang Lung As One Volunteer Team has visited Tianjin Anshandao Primary School to highlight the importance of air quality, and created bottle gardens together with students to embrace the season of spring and sow hope for greener living.

In addition, the team has taken 22 school children on a tour of the Palace Museum, exploring the essence of historic architecture and China’s ancient culture.

Elite 66: 持续为高层员工提供管理技能及领导力方面的培训, 如“领导力的六堂实践课程”、“经理人的必修课”等,鼓励和帮助他们运用成长型思维发展自我,从而更高效地管理团队。

Shining Moment:高层员工运用“经理人的必修课”中所学的知识,在跨部门协作中运用“双赢协议”, 确定工作目标,期望结果、方案、资源、责任及结果,让培训内容转化到实际工作中。Shining Moment除了着重理论,更兼具实践经验,培训效果显著。


我们积极回馈社会、参与社会公益活动。今年,恒隆广场•天津的义工队走进天津市鞍山道小学,与小学生一同分享了空气质量的重要性、动手制作了植物生态瓶,在这个春天的节日里与大家一起“拥抱春天 播种希望”。
