CONNECTING WITH STAFF THROUGH DIVERSE CHANNELS
Two-way dialogue is always important to us and we are always open to listen to our staff, and proactively set up diverse channels to engage with them. For instance, our staff can catch up the latest company news through our monthly newsletter, Connections, the intranet, the WeShare portal on WeChat and through other channels.
Every month, new staff members are invited to join a breakfast meeting with our General Manager, an occasion that has become a key communication bridge between the management and our colleagues.
Annual business review meetings, where the company’s results, performance, and development strategies are discussed, are also a forum for dialogue across all levels of the organization so that goals are truly understood and shared.
The Hang Lung CEO Award was launched in 2019 and recognizes best practices in teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration, providing an additional medium for management to interact with staff in a manner that promotes excellence.
