Coach corporate employees enjoy Summer Hour, which starts from the end of May to Early September, which enables staff early leave each Friday if there are no conflicts with their work. There’s also an Event Committee with 11 volunteers to initiate employee relationship activities like annual dinner, sponsorship for Gym, watching movie, football/badminton games, painting, hand making, Festival seminar like Kid’s day, Women’s day, The Dragon Boat… This gains high recognition and participation from employee and enhance company loyalty and belongings.
Coach launched the Recognition & Reward Program for Corporate & Retail staff High Performers. This is a comprehensive and standardized R&R program covering long service awards, excellence awards, specialty awards, President Awards and progressing awards.
