We all begin by cultivating a culture of sustainability in our workplace.

Neo is a Thai professional company, using various technologies and AI systems to support our work. Every year, employees develop their skill sets, tool sets, and mindsets through various activities and workshops. In addition, we support our employees’ overall well-being and emotional health. We focus on offering stress management initiatives such as group-paced yoga classes, meditation, and 1:1 or group counseling sessions. The most important thing that keeps us moving forward is our mutual respect and trust. We work with transparency, and everyone is prepared to quickly adapt and be resilient to any situation that arises, as evidenced by the awards we receive each year.

Implementing sustainable practices in the office is essential for a healthy environment. Creating a sustainable culture gives employees a reason to value their jobs while also attracting those who care about the environment to our company. We believe that humans and nature can coexist, but how do we ensure that coexistence benefits people? It all starts with our workplace and our employees. We transform our rooftop and working areas into green spaces and keep bees in our workplace to create a good environmental quality of life for our work community. We not only create a green community for Neo people, but we also share green space with our surrounding communities in order to promote a healthy ecology through action-learning with students at Khlong 12, Khlong 13, and Khlong 14.

In addition, we observe our Neo people's emotions and mindfulness. We believe that emotions and mindfulness go hand in hand, and that if emotions and mindfulness are strong, physical health will follow, and that teamwork or individual work will produce good and efficient results as well. We organized a variety of activities to support their mental health, particularly presentism and burnout symptoms. As a result of organizing the aforementioned activities, our turnover rate has consistently decreased, while our happiness index has increased. This has a direct impact on team and individual performance.
In terms of the hybrid workplace, we implemented hybrid work policies to address the changing needs of the workforce while also providing flexibility that recognizes individual work styles. This approach not only improves work-life balance, but it also contributes to employee satisfaction and social sustainability, which is consistent with modern expectations for adaptable workplaces.
