The Employee Engagement (EE) Score rose from 61% in 2022 to 65% in 2023, aligning with the national market average. This increase reflects the success of MTL’s wellness initiatives, which have boosted productivity, reduced absenteeism, and improved job satisfaction.

In terms of health, MTL's wellness programs contributed to a notable decrease in employee turnover, dropping from 13.13% in 2022 to 10.65% in 2023, as well as an improvement in staff efficiency, with productivity increasing by 2-7%. Recognition for employee contributions also rose by 4%, showing an enhanced focus on reward and appreciation. Workplace satisfaction improved to 65%, and career development opportunities saw a significant rise to 57% in 2023, emphasizing MTL’s strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
