The QI Office in Hong Kong is more than just a workplace; it's a vibrant community. Our regular general assemblies, a unique feature of our workplace culture, foster open dialogue between management and employees on company news, goals, projects, and HR policies. We value our employees’ opinions and actively encourage them to share through office communication channels. QI Speaks, a special initiative hosted by our Founders, allows all staff to interact with senior management, fostering active participation.In 2023/2024, the QI Hong Kong Office organised various staff engagement initiatives, including a Spring Dinner, festive celebrations, pink October activities, a breast cancer awareness talk, medical talk, bowling, and exercise sessions during weekly assembly. A new recreational area was also created within the office.

SYSTEMATIC WORKPLACE POLICIES AND PRACTICES
The QI Group's transparent Human Resources and Training policies ensure business rules and processes are effectively communicated. Our SOPs and business forms are accessible worldwide through the QI Intranet, keeping everyone informed and included.We adopt flexible working hours worldwide to cater to the needs of our employees and encourage work-life balance.
Our Standards of Conduct include anti-corruption and bribery policies. Policy violators will be subject to disciplinary action, including termination. There is no room at QI for those who bring down our company or the countries we operate in.
Sexual harassment policy: We value a safe and respectful workplace. We are developing a sexual harassment policy to ensure a safe and respectful workplace, providing guidelines and processes for reporting and investigating complaints.
Employee engagement survey: Periodic employee engagement surveys are conducted to gather feedback, allowing management to listen to employees and involve them in our quest for excellence. Post-survey focus groups enable further discussion and sharing of opinions.
Employee Mental Health Programme - QI Cares. The QI Group takes a proactive step in supporting employees’ mental health. Through a collaboration with Naluri, a global services provider specialising in mental health and wellness, the company proactively provides targeted mental health support services for employees in eight geographical offices worldwide.

For example, our staff will spontaneously go to public hiking trails, beaches, or country parks in other areas with their family members to clean up the garbage and play their part in preserving Mother Nature.
