We celebrate ‘Moments that matters’ by recognizing the different genders. Parents both male and female are eligible for Parental Leave with fully paid of 98 leave days which is beyond local law. It can be birthing or non-birthing parent who adopt legal child during the time with company. This includes the support for marriage, newborn baby, and baby delivery assistance. This is how we celebrate the moments that matter with our employees. We also promote the LGBTQIA+ by providing the same benefits to Spouse and Life partner.

We have other encouragement to create Moments that matters such as Birthday Leave, Compassionate Leave, Volunteer/Social Community Leave or Leave for Religious Observance which applies to all religions (Buddhism, Muslim, Christian, Monk or Nun, Ordination), etc.

Mentoring program
