Firstly, the People Awards consist of nine categories that acknowledge outstanding leaders involved in different aspects of the human capital process, such as interviewers, trainers, leaders, and contributors to early talent development. Additionally, we conduct yearly evaluations of all branches, presenting the highest appreciation to the best-performing branch in 22 categories, showcasing their exceptional performance compared to other branches.
Additionally, we host annual top talent gatherings and award ceremonies dedicated to honoring our outstanding employees. Furthermore, we have an Innovation Award program designed to recognize individuals who introduce improvements and implement innovative ideas within the company, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and creativity. These initiatives collectively reinforce our commitment to recognizing and rewarding excellence across all levels of the organization.
For employees who have dedicated 10 to 30 years of service until retirement, we offer a gold appreciation and reward program as a token of gratitude for their long-term commitment and contributions. To show appreciation for our partners, we organize a dedicated festival and recognition event for our top-performing partners. This event is held at our second head office in Yogyakarta. To deepen our understanding of our employees, we have implemented the "Know Your Employees" program, requiring leaders to visit their team members. Leaders are encouraged to understand their team members' living situations, daily lives, and provide support when necessary

We have established the Cucumber program to support employees' mental health with access to psychologists for personal counseling. We prioritize Industrial Relations Programs and initiatives promoting diversity and unity through celebrations and observances. Additionally, we organize events for birthdays, condolences, wellness, newborns, weddings, and provide daycare facilities, fostering a supportive work environment.
Recognizing the challenge employees face in securing leave, we have introduced corporate leave opportunities for employees and their spouses to travel abroad. To strengthen team bonds and cultivate a positive work environment, we provide a variety of recreational activities including running clubs, bands, pilgrimages, basketball tournaments, choir participation, soccer games, and entertainment events. These initiatives are designed to improve employee well-being and foster camaraderie within our organization.
To comprehensively evaluate our efforts, we took part in the Astra Program for employee engagement surveys. The results indicate significant improvements in our 3E behaviors compared to last year. Our Highly Engaged employee count surpasses the average among Astra Group companies, ranking us an impressive 3rd out of 72 companies. These achievements highlight our dedication to fostering a positive and engaged workforce within ACC.
