About Gandum Mas Kencana and Its Purpose
We are a company that specializes in the production of cooking chocolate, powder mixes, and ready-to-use food ingredients for the baking and pastry industry. Currently, our brands are Colatta, Haan, Bendico, and La Kreiva. Gandum Mas Kencana (GMK) supplies both domestic and international markets, in which we are present in more than 22 markets.Our Mission

Policy Pillar: Lifelong Learning and Continuous Improvement
In order to reach a high-performing organizational environment, GMK cultivates its talent through in-house and outsourced training programs. We developed GELIS: GMK E-Learning System, an in-house e-learning platform with the purpose of delivering training especially for our sales people who are spread out across the country and the world. Our Leadership Academy program is a training program geared for talented employees who are on the fast-track of the career ladderGiving back to society and maintaining good relationships with our environment is something that is ingrained in our lives. Not only do we feel that it is an obligation, but giving back is also fulfilling our need. Our past projects include blood drives, and donations for community development.
Policy Pillar: Happy People, Happy Customer
In GMK, it is our belief that when our people are happy, it will translate into a positive interaction with our customers so that we can truly focus on delighting our customers. Our employee engagement programs are deployed with the objective to increase team bonding, encourage friendly and productive competitions, all the while entertaining and boosting the morale of our people.Our GMK Got Talent is a bi-annual talent-show event open to all GMK people where participants can showcase their skills individually or in groups, compete for prize money, and gain recognition to stand-out from their peers.
We also facilitate several recreational activities to accommodate our people’s needs to exercise such as badminton, futsal, and aerobic class. When the company celebrates its birthday, we hold intramural sports competitions for the abovementioned sports.
