The rapid change of the economics and work environment require us to adapt quickly and be more flexible. At the same time, we believe our employees' well-being must always be our priorities. Our organization is pledged to ensure work-life balance leads to job satisfaction, in return they can be productive and create value to the organization. To realize this, Hana Bank provides on-site recreational facilities and activities, enabling employees to relax and engage with their peers during and after working hours. With this approach, we have cultivated positive work environment. Various engagement programs were started as we returned to Work from Office working scheme to enhance cross-department communication that was subdued during pandemic. Hana Bank has established well received internal sports clubs with members of the Board of Management also involved in the informal activities. It is through these joyful and informal sessions after evening runs, a laughter after line dance class, a coffee after a heated table tennis match that members of Board of Management were able to welcome innovative ideas with potential to bring solution to a problem.

Ensuring a secure workplace and minimizing the risk of work-related accidents is a fundamental commitment for Hana Bank. We are dedicated to establish a strong safety consciousness among our employees through consistent awareness campaigns and the implementation of emergency response programs. These initiatives are carried out in collaboration with local government agencies specialized in conducting emergency situation simulations, encompassing even natural disasters. Special Task Force is dedicated to ensure our Safety and Security policy and procedure is up-to-date with the requirements not only in Indonesia but also based on our Headquarter standard.

Our aim is to empower employees, providing them with the necessary resources to recover and rebound from any unexpected incident. When it comes to natural disasters and emergencies, we understand that individuals may never be fully prepared to confront them. As a part of our dedication to all employees, we strive to ensure that they are consistently supported by the Company. With this principle at heart, we offer Emergency Loan program designed to assist employees in dealing with emergency situations/conditions caused by natural disasters and calamities.

Stronger together to fight COVID-19
Employee health and well-being have been significantly impacted by the challenges posed by the pandemic. To ensure uninterrupted operations, we required leaders to monitor their teams' health by having all employees complete an online Health Declaration at the beginning of each day from 2020 to 2022. Additionally, in response to the heightened health risks during the pandemic, we've provided vitamins and support to employees identified as COVID-19 positive, prioritizing their recovery. Health-related webinars, conducted with trusted medical experts, further strengthen our commitment to employee well-being, equipping our workforce with the latest pandemic insights and risk mitigation strategies. Through these actions of creating sense of community, we are ensuring the well-being of all our employees and in the long run is a critical component is why employees is loyal to the Company.
