Innovation and multiple communication channels have been used to improve our employee engagement. #Baiknya di ACC (Better in ACC) is our tagline, which has been delivered through formal and daily life approaches. It starts with the right strategic approaches such as Division Meetings, Communication Forums, ACC Mid-Year, and Getting Committed.
This formal strategic approach has been used as an alignment from top management to business line managers, through Empathy and care for employees. In creating The Most Caring Company, we focus on a few things: First, know Your Employee, Team Leaders must get to know each team member by visiting the domicile, and this program is carried out continuously from top to bottom. Second, the Care Program develops empathy for all employees through various care programs including showing care & support (bereavement, marriage, childbirth, birthdays, natural disasters, and others), as well as the Covid Care Program (covid care claims, family covid care, quarantine accommodation), rather than terminating employment (PHK), we are holding off on hiring employees.
To build more reliable engagement and teamwork, ACC organizes various programs to increase employee productivity, one of them is the "Family Day" program. Employee day is an activity where all employees and their families gather to strengthen relationships between employees and families, foster a sense of togetherness & solidarity, and internalize ACC values. In addition, we also accommodate various activities ranging from Ramadhan, Christmas, Galungan, Chinese New Year, ACC Anniversary, Valentine’s Day, and other activities.
Employee bonding is a concept that refers to a strong relationship between employees in an organization or company. It can be understood as an attempt to create bonds between employees. In general, bonding occurs when each employee is close and actively interacting. Employees can share ideas, experiences, and knowledge, allowing them to work together more effectively and efficiently. Bonding between employees can also increase employee motivation and help create a positive and productive work environment. IKAR (Employee Association) is an association of employees based on their respective interests or hobbies such as photography, nature lovers, music, religion, and sports.
