Our internal data truly shows that CCBV is a diverse organization with 4 generations working under the same roof, nearly 30% of female and 70% of male population, 46% female leadership various religions and backgrounds. To expand diversity and elevate equity, we’ve empowered our members to co-create our workplace culture. Shaped by the youngest associates in the company with great creativity, 9X Team was born as a mutual playground that embraces the uniqueness of diverse generations while instilling young energy to refresh employees' experiences, reach unity in DE&I, and make a difference together. 9X has made a huge impact on our workplace and made us a truly borderless organization.

As an illustration, our Pride Month led by 9X has transcended mere celebration to instill awareness, empathy and a culture of inclusion through diverse channels. The campaign exemplifies leadership dedication to inclusivity, inspiring associates to embrace gender diversity and champion inclusion. The campaign attracted 1000+ participants in various contests and engaged more than 200 associates with insights in SOGIESC.

Recently, 9X team has brought our employees together across functions for a digital-led experience that fosters deeper connections within the organization. By organizing an Experience Day filled with immersive activities—ranging from learning sessions to mini-games and interactive sharing—participants have the opportunity to step into the roles of their colleagues from different functions. This project, spearheaded by 9X, has significantly enhanced our internal engagement while also boosting employees' business acumen.
