We are a member of Tapestry – the first New York–based house of modern luxury lifestyle brands Coach, Kate Spade, and Stuart Weitzman. Coach Vietnam officially started operations in Vietnam in July 2011. Within Tapestry’s Global Supply Chain, the Coach Vietnam office is proud to be the largest region to focus on product development, materials sourcing, and finished goods production. We do our best work when we embrace our differences and champion diversity at all levels of our organization. We committed to fostering a work environment that innovate, equitable, inclusive, and diverse. Our 2025 goals strive to expand diversity in our leadership teams and reduce gaps in feelings of inclusion by gender and ethnicity. We are embracing differences by design and across all levels of our company. In FY2021, we have launched the Inclusion trainings for our Asia employees including Vietnam team to raise the awareness and respect to our diversified employees.

At Coach Vietnam, we believe that fostering a workplace where every individual feels valued, included, and heard is essential to our success. Our commitment to Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity (EI&D) is at the heart of everything we do, and we continuously work to create an environment where our employees can thrive.

We conducted an engagement survey every year, to better understand how we are performing in this area. The survey consisted of five specific Inclusion questions, which helped us measure our Inclusion Index and gather insights into our strengths and areas for growth.

We got strong Inclusion Index results from Vietnam engagement survey in 2024. Our employees reported feeling a strong sense of belonging within their Business Area. Our leadership is recognized for their visible commitment to advancing Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity efforts which is reinforcing our dedication to these values.
