Winning the special category "HR Asia Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Awards" within the framework of the Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2024 award has brought us immense pride and great encouragement, as our efforts to realize the strategies set forth have now yielded results as expected.
To achieve qualitative changes, we have gradually outlined strategies to bring about quantitative changes over many years. In the initial stage, we considered outlining the portrait of AZB's work environment and corporate culture as equally important as our business strategies. From those initial sketches, we have steadily moved towards a comprehensive picture of an effective business with a diverse, equitable, inclusive, caring, and sustainable work environment. Although there is no perfection in any operational domain in such a volatile world, we believe in continuous improvement. If we persistently strive towards a specific and clear goal, we are certain to achieve results at the right time. The Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2024 award, along with the special category "HR Asia Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Awards" has proven this.
From the very beginning of our establishment until now, we have consistently believed that the success and development of AZB are fundamentally tied to the right people. Alongside this, our construction projects must meet customer expectations, and we must uphold our commitments and maintain our credibility with customers and partners. I would like to thank all of our more than 300 employees and nearly 2,000 construction workers who are tirelessly dedicating themselves to AZB, contributing to the company's success today.

Speaking of specific actions and strategies that have helped us win this special category, we would like to briefly share the following indispensable programs, where consistency and perseverance are the key factors:
- Developing Policies on Diversity, Inclusion, and Flexibility:
- Ensuring equal employment opportunities for all applicants, regardless of gender, ethnicity, religion, or any other factor.
- Implementing flexible work policies, supporting remote or flexible working hours, to enable all employees to balance work and life, regardless of personal circumstances.
- Continuously monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented policies and programs to help the company identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies when necessary.
- Diversity and Inclusion Training: Organizing training programs for employees to raise awareness and skills in diversity, equity, and inclusion, helping to create a work environment that respects differences and encourages collaboration.
- Building Diverse Workgroups: Establishing workgroups dedicated to employees with specific commonalities in region, profession, gender, or culture, allowing them to share experiences and support one another.
- Leadership Involvement: Ensuring that leadership is committed and actively involved in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, thereby fostering a consistent and lasting culture.
As mentioned, we feel proud and happy about the achievements that our collective efforts have built over the years. However, we always remind ourselves not to be complacent with these victories, as there are still many tough goals and fierce competition out there that we must face to survive.
