ILA is a leader among International Language Providers in Vietnam, with over 25 years of experience in the education industry and a diverse team of 700+ qualified expatriate teachers working at over 60 Language Centres across 15 cities within the country. In order to teach our students these global values, we, as educators, understand that our company must operate on the same principles. Being an English language education company, we are lucky to operate in a naturally diverse environment - our colleagues come from different cultures & backgrounds, thus bringing with them their unique experiences, skills, and viewpoints to collectively make ILA a better company. However, that does not mean we take our diversity, equity and inclusion for granted. We have spent a considerable amount of time and resources training our team to be aware of any unconscious biases, and never to lose focus on maintaining a diverse, equal and inclusive workplace during our day-to-day operations.
We also understand that to inspire students to become the best versions of themselves, our teachers and staff must also be encouraged to grow to their fullest potential. Hence we made this our first core value: “Placing people's growth at the core of all we do”. We place a strong emphasis on people development, as reflected in our approach to recruitment, training, support and management. We take pride in the Training and Support we offer our teachers and staff, giving them numerous opportunities to move up the corporate ladder, or trying out new roles and responsibilities to fast-track their professional growth. Moving on to our products and services, we offer a diverse range of educational programmes and services in partnership with schools, NGOs and corporations. These include English training for students of various age groups and abilities, preschool education, STEAM education, exam preparation, corporate English training, and overseas study services. Our brands include ILA, OLA Academy, ILO Preschool, IMATHS, and ILA OSC.
At ILA, our small class sizes ensure a manageable environment for our teachers, and all the support and resources teachers may need are provided at our Training Centres that are designed, built and equipped to the highest standards. For our international colleagues, we make sure to give them dedicated support throughout the Visa & Work Permit application process, along with all other assistance necessary to maintain their safety, well-being and comfort during their time in Vietnam.
Over the years, we have enriched the lives of over 1 million students.
