In 2022, our company developed a comprehensive Group DEI Strategy. This strategy encompasses a three-pronged approach, designed to foster, and promote DEI at all levels.
  • Adding a new branch under the Center of Excellence, which is the DEI committee, established to assist in educating, promoting, and encouraging the DEI objective.
  • Developing a Diversity dashboard to monitor all areas of our Human Resources business functions.
    • Track impact sourcing, talent development, talent retention, employee sustainability network.
    • Other metrics monitored include Women Leaders, PWDs, and working mothers.
  • Developing instructional materials and videos on Diversity & Inclusion, which can be accessed via Flash Home, TDCX’s intranet page.

As we strive for excellence, we have taken proactive measures to ensure that our group strategy is integrated throughout our various sites, including TDCX Thailand . Furthering our commitment, we also formed the Global DEI Network, that provides the opportunity for talents to sign up for career coaching sessions and mentorship programs.
  • Communications
    Our philosophy at TDCX is to #BeMore. #BeMore is an all-encompassing approach that we apply across our business strategies, operations, partnerships, employee proposition and sustainability efforts. It is a driving force that pushes every individual to be a better version of themselves and to strive for more. For example, our #BeMore initiatives, iCan, a program or network designed to support our employee in achieving their career aspirations.

    At TDCX, we prioritize effective communication of our DEI strategies to update our internal stakeholders. This includes dissemination through key channels such as our weekly HR leaders meeting, and the Global HRBP Community on Microsoft Teams. Furthermore, we ensure that all our employees are always up to date with the latest DEI instructional materials by making them available on our talent management platform, Flash Learn. Notably, our HR monthly town hall serves as an engaging platform for sharing updates on employee survey results, action plans, and celebrating milestones such as talent birthdays, promotions, and recognizing top performers. We extend our outreach further through our company's social media, actively engaging both our internal and external stakeholders.
  • Engagement and policies
    At TDCX, Employees are our greatest asset. Our commitment to creating a safe and inclusive space within TDCX is a direct response to the feedback we've received from our talent. We actively seek their input through Flash Pulse, our employee satisfaction survey, conducted every 14 days.

    We have several committees within our organization that continuously improve DEI initiatives and introduce DEI causes that fit in the organization. Our commitment to DEI implementation is not limited to just our talented individuals and people managers; it extends to our top leadership as well. Globally, 55% of our leadership positions are held by women, with five out of nine women leading TDCX's operations. In addition to that, our coaching and mentoring programs are open to all genders. TDCX encourages up-and-coming female colleagues to participate, with the goal of helping them advance into leadership roles. Since the launch of the coaching and mentoring programs in 2020 and 2021 respectively, TDCX has supported more than 4000 coachees and mentees across the company, with more than half of them being female employees. Furthermore, in our Thailand office, female leaders make up 55.5% of the leadership team.

    Allyship from male leaders has also helped build positive DEI efforts like our Women’s Network, Pride Network, and inclusive policies (Human Rights, Diversity & Inclusion, Agile Workplace). Engagement leaders from TDCX’s Thailand volunteer to chair our Employee Resource Group, proactively giving their feedback and collaborating with other global sites to ensure our talents feel included and represented in the organization.
  • Business Impact
    In our industry, we value the importance of being an inclusive and diverse BPO, which is evident in our senior group leadership. We hire talent not solely based on paper qualifications, and our agents are from different walks of life, each with their own stories to tell. Recently, TDCX was ranked by the Straits Times as one of the top 50 fastest-growing companies in Singapore, and Thailand was one of the expansions made last year due to the organization’s rapid growth. TDCX Thailand has also been recognized as one of ‘Best Company to work for in Asia’ by HR Asia for four consecutive years.

    TDCX's diverse and inclusive workforce has helped us to increase employee retention, attract more talent, and forge stronger bonds with a diverse customer base, resulting in increased customer loyalty.
