As our strategic position and core competency, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) is extremely crucial beyond environmental footprint in our sustainability goals. Incorporating DEI in our HR strategy and operating process, we not only are committed to fostering a workplace culture that thrives on DEI among team members from various background in a number of business units and functions, but also ensure that all HR practices are aligned with the DEI to make the best employee experience.
Despite the challenges of DEI awareness among our employees in organizational context and external stakeholders as well as supportive legal framework that would help reinforce and safeguard our DEI initiatives, our team cautiously create understanding and implement DEI initiatives using our strong change management strategy as follows;
Embedded culture and way of work
- Amidst diversity of our team members, we hold “Work as One” as our way of work, reflecting hyper-collaboration among teams that cherishes diversity and inclusivity of all members, regardless of their background.
- Psychological-safe environment: Our workforce encompasses a broad spectrum of backgrounds, from recent graduates to highly experienced professionals, and includes individuals of all genders and sexual orientations. We have both Thai and international staff, as well as team members with physical disabilities. Employees are encouraged to have open communication in a professional manner. This psychological-safe environment allows them to speak out and share constructive feedback to make the best of their performance and finally are evaluated based on their performance outcome and contributions to the organization.
- Supportive workplace: Creating a workplace that is supportive for DEI involves not only cultural and policy aspects but also extends to the physical environment and facilities. Our office is designed to support the needs of our diverse employees. We provide facilities such as ramps, elevators, and accessible restrooms for disabilities and for all, a Muslim prayer room, a lactation room, unisex lavatory.
- DEI is embedded in HR practices and operating processes from sourcing, hiring, developing, engaging, performance evaluating, and promoting. The focus is on performance and potential as well as valuing those who demonstrate our core values rather than sexual, race, or backgrounds.
- Women leadership: The representation and visibility of women in leadership roles is significant and is a powerful catalyst that inspires future generations of female leaders. Not only gender, but diverse background of our leadership team with highly admired expertise in their fields bring about better decision-making, innovation, and overall organizational performance.
At Siam Piwat, our commitment to unity, diversity, and female empowerment is not just a philosophy—it's a testament of our dedication to fostering a workplace where every individual thrives and contributes meaningfully.
Siam Piwat embraces and is committed to supporting diversity, equality and inclusion at all level for both internal and external. We implement “All are welcome" management system for everyone to show their full potential despite the difference in gender and age. Inclusive workplaces boost employee engagement and well-being. At the same time, DEI attracts and retains talents, providing a competitive edge by accessing a broader talent pool and enhancing market relevance. We are ready to welcome diverse talents who will be key drivers in advancing Siam Piwat’s position as the Visionary Icon.

Employee’s Testimonial
Patcharasinee Ratanasook, Project DirectorSince the very first day I joined Siam Piwat, I have never personally felt alienated by who I am, the way I dress / express myself or my sexual preference. Here, we are treated equal, respected and recognized by the ideas and contributions one brings to the organization. I find that in this organization, diversity is being celebrated and feel that it is one of the key characters that makes Siam Piwat’s culture and people unique.
Kiattipoom Jirachaithorn, CRM & Sale Promotion, Assistant Manager
I want to thank Siam Piwat for giving an opportunity for me to join the company. I have my first impression since the interview day as Talent Acquisition Team mainly focused on my experience, skills, talent and attitude toward work, not my gender or appearance. It has been 7 months since I worked here, my leader and colleagues have treated me with respect and have given me full collaboration. To be more specific, not so many companies willingly accept LGBTQIA+, especially “Transgender” to work in the job role regarding finance but Siam Piwat accepted me. I’m so happy and very proud to be a part of this company.
Acumsiri Chaipradit, Administrative Staff, Engineering and Construction Project
I am so overwhelmed working with Siam Piwat as the company provides opportunities for employees with disabilities and I am one of them. I have been with Siam Piwat for 11 years and still counting on. Facilities here support my work and I have never felt discriminated or looked down from my physical condition. Everyone I have been working with treated me fairly just like everyone else.
