In Puma, we value and embrace digital transformation. Here are some of the platforms and resources we have been implementing.
To increase productivity and working efficiency, Puma fully utilizes Microsoft 365. Teams allows all Puma employees worldwide to communicate and cooperate instantly with others without any geographic boundaries. During the lockdown in the pandemic period, Teams enabled Puma Taiwan to operate smoothly and retain our employee engagement. Setting up a company internal communication website on SharePoint allows all Puma employees to stay informed about the latest news and updates in Puma. In Puma Taiwan, we have our own internal communication website on SharePoint which we share company activity announcements, recaps of company activities, weekly recommendations for our learning courses, Puma latest products and press reports. This helps increase a sense of belonging and engagement among colleagues. Besides sharing instant information, the website also serves as an information hub where company calendar, company policies, information from all departments and online learning resources are all integrated.
PUMA pursues faster in every aspect. In the post-pandemic era, we realize that digital transformation is inevitable. We swiftly adopt latest digital resources by not only implementing Workday and Microsoft 365 but also providing several online learning resources which enable employees to upskill anytime and anywhere. Winning the Digital Transformation Award proves that we are on the right track.

Puma places a strong emphasis on learning and upskilling for all employees. We provide access to several online learning resources, including LinkedIn Learning and Busuu. These resources are all online-based, enabling employees to access them anytime and anywhere. LinkedIn Learning offers numerous courses across various business domains, allowing colleagues to expand their skills beyond their current roles. Puma also recommends several courses that cover important skills and trendy topics on LinkedIn Learning to all colleagues. As an international company, Puma expects all employees to have solid language skills. Busuu, an online language platform that teaches different languages, meets this need and enables employees to learn English and their chosen foreign languages. To further promote and increase awareness of our online learning resources, Puma Taiwan recommends one carefully selected course to our colleagues every week and posts it on our internal website. Additionally, Puma has established a top learning campaign to recognize employees who complete the most courses.
In the aspect of human resources, Puma has implemented Workday as our HR system for all employees. Serving as a unified platform, Workday integrates all information into one system and streamlines many complex processes. Colleagues can access their personal information, career development details, performance information and online learning resources through Workday.
All the digital platforms used in Puma are integrated together to some degree, allowing employees to access information conveniently.
