From an employee with no work experience, I learned how to work in an international system, step by step, how to approach adults, and what to do, and I had the opportunity to grow in this career path.
It is a large, reputable, and stable company. Even in situations such as COVID or economic problems, there are no measures to reduce salaries or lay off employees.
In terms of corporate culture, there is cooperation between employees from different departments. If assistance is needed, there is an opportunity to continually advance in the position. There is flexible work and a work-life balance. In terms of the work environment, there are spacious offices that are not crowded and are easily accessible via several routes. There is food around the place 24 hours a day and there are good co-workers.
