We offer comprehensive benefits in line with the Social Insurance Law, including six months of maternity leave with provisions for multiple births, reduced working hours for mothers, menstrual leave, and accommodations for pregnant and nursing women. Maternity leave is recognized for seniority and bonus calculations.
