At Novartis, we are transparent and committed to our employees regarding gender representation in management positions. Novartis is proud to be the first multinational pharmaceutical company to commit to and implement a code of conduct for members of the LGBT community. We also regularly organize Pride events to create pride in our employees and the organization.

Building a cohesive environment, creating trust and psychological safety for employees is also a top priority that Novartis aims for so that we can learn from each other and improve every day to eliminate prejudiced or discriminatory behaviors or language from the working environment.
