In our emphasis on nurturing internal talent, we have significantly expanded our Development Center (DC), a key initiative aimed at building our internal talent pipeline. Our internal fill rate for the Sales team has increased over the years, with 67% of Sales Representatives and 78% of Territory Sales Managers successfully promoted to the next stage of their careers at CCBV. This internal fill rate not only reflects our commitment to developing talent from within but also highlights the effectiveness of our hiring practices and succession planning across the organization.
Furthermore, our investment in early-career talent enhances our diverse workforce and accelerates our talent pipeline by harnessing the creativity of youth through a #CokeOnCampus initiative, which provides various opportunities for young talents to advance. Our Aspire Future Leaders Program is a prime example of how we cultivate future-ready leaders. Not limited to that, we continue to evolve our offerings for young talent with the Coke Fresh program, providing a six-month immersive experience for skill development and career tasting.

SUSTAINABLE GROWTH

Our initiatives include the EKOCENTER program, clean water supply projects, empowerment initiatives for women and small to medium enterprises, support for disadvantaged families, and disaster relief efforts.Recognizing the urgent need to tackle the global challenge of plastic waste, Coca-Cola has launched an ambitious strategy aimed at achieving 100% recyclable packaging by 2025, incorporating at least 50% recycled materials in our packaging by 2030 (Design). We also commit to collecting and recycling a bottle or can for every product sold by 2030 (Collect), while partnering with communities to foster a clean, beautiful, and waste-free environment (Partner).
