AZB Joint Stock Company (AZB) is a general contractor in the industrial and civil construction sector and is ranked among the Top 500 largest private enterprises in Vietnam in 2024, as evaluated by Vietnam Report JSC. AZB has recently been honored with the "Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2024" award and the special category award for "HR Asia Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Awards" at the HR Asia Awards ceremory.

Surpassing hundreds of candidates participating in this year's awards, AZB was highly evaluated through multiple rounds of surveys with rigorous and comprehensive criteria assessing the overall values that constitute a best workplace, applied to major labor markets in Asia. AZB secured the award in its first attempt. The survey results for AZB in all three indices—(1) Core Values, (2) Self Values, and (3) Group Values—consistently ranked in the top tier, surpassing the average scores of other participating companies.
