Today, we continue to disrupt the retail industry by empowering Amway Business Owners to lead in social commerce.Established in April 2008, Amway Vietnam, a subsidiary of Amway Corporation, stands as a leading company in nutrition, beauty, and personal care. By focusing on people, Amway Vietnam has successfully fostered a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, reflected in high loyalty levels: over 70% of employees have been with the company for more than three years, over 50% for more than five years, and over 35% for more than ten years.
