Cathay Securities Corporation is a financial services and investment firm that provides private and institutional brokerage and investment banking to individual and institutional clients. In response to the deregulation of Taiwan's securities market and the diversification of financial products, Cathay Securities break through the traditional brokerage business model, and focus on the development and design of derivative financial products, investment transactions and risk management.
The management team of Cathay Securities is composed of outstanding colleagues who have been cultivated by the group for a long time, combined with professional managers with rich experience in the securities industry. As the result, Cathay Securities dedicated to the development of talent and the cultivate talents strategies could be speared by five objectives.
First, Cathay Securities make an annual training and development committee meetings to defining talent profiles and key competencies. Second, the company would execute annual review of compensation for all employees to attract and retain top talents. In order to enhance hiring efficiency, Cathay Securities also optimize talent selection mechanisms and provide diverse recruitment platforms.
