  • Essential Skills: Courses that deepen and broaden employees’ general skills, tailored to departments, positions and professional competencies.
  • Leadership Skills: Training designed to develop managers' leadership capabilities and support career growth, cultivating leadership “seeds” to excel in managerial roles.
  • Functional Skills: Each position has unique requirements, and through targeted job analysis, we enhance professional expertise and market competitiveness. Using online platforms, in-person sessions and live courses, we strive to elevate employees’ skills and support their career growth.

Employee Salon: Our commitment to employee well-being extends beyond the workplace, encompassing personal growth and lifestyle enrichment. We offer a variety of courses in culture, aesthetics, lifestyle, EQ, and wellbeing which encouraging employees to strengthen some skills for both professional career and personal life.

HR&ME: This initiative establishes a communication bridge between company and employees, providing essential information on benefits, insurance, performance policies, and more. It is ensure clear understanding and timely support.

Manager Club: A platform for managers to engage in communication and knowledge-sharing, aimed at enhancing management skills, company culture, employee satisfaction, and performance. By fostering proactive and meaningful communication, managers are empowered to guide employees effectively, helping them understand and align with the company’s vision and goals.

Belonging: This program strengthens organizational culture and employee cohesion by turning company values into engaging activities. Events such as team-building activities, spring banquets, mental health weeks, gender equality initiatives, and sports events extend a sense of well-being to employees and their families, building a community within the company.

Tour of Duty: This initiative allows employees to rotate through different roles, gaining a deeper understanding of various challenges and growth opportunities. This experience builds empathy, broadens perspectives and encourages the acquisition of new skills across functions.

Mentoring: Our mentoring program supports personal growth, career development, leadership skills and employee retention. By fostering an environment of guidance and knowledge transfer, mentors provide valuable insights, pose thought-provoking questions, and offer constructive feedback. This collaborative approach strengthens employee engagement and builds a more cohesive and productive workforce.
