Our commitment to employees can be seen throughout our presence, but more clearly during the Covid-19 pandemic. In order to ensure the safety of our employees and their families during the pandemic, the Bank took the following steps:
- Provided basic health kit, including hand sanitizer, mask, vitamin C, and more, to all employees
- Provided at-home treatment kit, including vitamin, medicine, and more, to employees who were infected by Covid-19
- Implemented work from home arrangement
- Facilitated Covid-19 vaccination to employees and their families
Despite being one of the most disruptive global events in recent history that fundamentally transformed the way we work, one significant positive outcome from the pandemic has been the heightened focus on employee wellbeing. The initiatives introduced during this period have laid the foundation for a more supportive, flexible, and holistic work environment going forward.
