These events are designed to celebrate the diverse identities that exist within our workforce: where we invite all employee to wear their traditional clothes and learn the history of kain, one of Indonesia’s beautiful heritage.

We not only celebrate cultural diversity but also strive to promote inclusion for people with disabilities. We invited the founder of Sunyi Coffee, a local F&B company that champions inclusion by employing people with hearing impairments, whom we refer to as 'Teman Tuli'. Through these events, we learned sign language and looked for ways to contribute to building an inclusive workplace.
